Naked Awakening Workshops - Perth (Western Australia)

We offer intimate womens-only nude yoga workshops for you to experience radical self acceptance, vulnerability and personal freedom in your naked body.

Come and celebrate your body in a 3.5 hour candle-lit space where you can shed your clothes without being objectified or judged. Women of all ages, shapes, sizes and colours are welcome with no background experience necessary. All Naked Awakening workshops are facilitated in a private, dim-lit yoga studio incorporating a mindful movement practice, sharing circle, breath-work and healing meditations. All done in the nude!
